Fathom, a new brand in the Carnival Cruise Line, targeted a whole new generation of purpose-driven travelers. Fathom needed to embrace an entirely different cruise mindset in both the brand and the oceangoing experience. They asked the experience design team that I was leading at Hornall Anderson to create a complete cruise experience for their new ships across 100 touchpoints from room tags to restaurant menus, including the design of this customized mobile itinerary planning app.
