Textio is a tech startup that invented a new category of software called augmented writing. It’s a technology that combines machine learning with large quantities of real-world data into a writing surface that helps people compose more effective content. Textio’s category-defining innovations have earned coverage in publications like the New York Times, WIRED, and the Wall Street Journal, and garnered dozens of awards including the Forbes AI 50, the Webby Award for Best Use of Machine Learning, and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies.

Textio brought me in to lead the development of their brand identity, including a complete redesign of their logo and marketing website. As part of that work, I wrote and produced a brand anthem video for Textio, working closely with the talented production team at All Is Well Studios to bring it to life on a very small budget. I even ended up cutting together the music soundtrack myself, after our composer had to leave at the last minute!
